Check-in begins at 2:00 PM AST. Departure is by 11:00 AM AST. Digital keyless self-check-in and luggage storage are provided for early arrivals.
All guests enjoy full access to our outdoor swimming pool, sun deck loungers, garden BBQ patio, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
Complimentary enclosed on-site parking secured behind electronic gates with continuous 24/7 CCTV surveillance is included.

💳How do deposits and payments work?
We accept direct bank transfers and major credit cards. A 50% deposit secures your suite reservation, with the remainder payable upon check-in.
🚗Can you arrange airport transportation?
Yes. Our concierge can coordinate private chauffeur airport pickups from ANR Robinson Airport (5 minutes away) as well as vehicle rental deliveries.
🌴Are private property buyouts available?
Yes! You can reserve all 8 suites for family reunions, weddings, or corporate retreats, accommodating up to 24 guests with full private pool and grounds access.
👶Are families and children welcome?
Absolutely. Josephine’s Suites is family-friendly with dedicated multi-bed One Bedroom ($450 TTD) and Two Bedroom ( $800 TTD) with kitchenettes.
